Document Filing
Front Range Legal Process Service provides experienced court filing services at the state and Federal level. We file documents for entities such as the IRS, Department of Insurance, and Workers’ Compensation Commission.
The document filing process involves several different steps. First you must prepare your documents according to the individual court standards, which varies state-to-state and by the court. This could include simple things like the number of copies, but could also involve legal standards. FRLPS will review and prepare your summons, notices, or other legal papers to make sure they follow state and federal standards. We will then serve papers, file them with the court, and keep meticulously organized records and copies. Keeping in contact with clients about the status of their court documents is our highest priority.
Because we are experienced and comfortable with the courts and the filing process, our clients often request our court filing process to ensure accuracy and efficiency. If you have any further questions, please ask.
Record Retrieval
In addition to filing with the courts, Front Range Legal Process Service also provides document research and records retrieval. We understand that during a busy trial you don’t have time to search databases for all of the records you need. Our personnel have the necessary experience needed to obtain the exact records you require quickly.
We search through local, federal, and state court databases, recorders offices, and other online resources to find the required documents. Our legal assistants maintain current knowledge of all databases and changes in the law. All documents are searched, retrieved, and handled according to the law and the highest standard of ethics. At FRLPS, we are proud to say that our clients trust us with their sensitive information.
